Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

Account data: your email address and an encrypted (hashed) password, or the identity token returned by Google if you sign in with Google. We never store plaintext passwords.

Product data: the property addresses, listing links, baseline assumptions, and saved deal scenarios you create, along with your subscription tier and usage timestamps.

Payment data: subscription and billing records. Card numbers and bank details are collected and stored by Stripe, our payment processor — they never touch Yield Craft servers.

2. How We Use It

To authenticate you, save and display your portfolio, generate analyses and AI strategy output, process subscription billing, send transactional emails such as sign-in and password reset messages, and to secure and improve the service.

3. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Yield Craft does not sell, rent, or trade personal user data to third parties, and we do not share your saved scenarios with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Service Providers

We share the minimum data necessary with infrastructure providers that operate the product on our behalf: our managed database and authentication host, Stripe for payments, our transactional email provider, our AI model provider for generating strategy output, and property/market data sources used to resolve listings. Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored with access controls that restrict each account's records to that account. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

6. Retention & Your Choices

We keep your account and saved scenarios until you delete them or request account deletion. You may delete individual saved deals at any time from your portfolio, and you may request full account and data deletion by contacting us.

You may also request a copy of the personal data associated with your account.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser storage strictly to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

8. Children

Yield Craft is not directed to individuals under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
