Terms of Service

1. General Use

Yield Craft is an analytical software tool designed solely for informational, modeling, and educational purposes. It helps users organize assumptions and visualize hypothetical outcomes for residential real estate scenarios.

By accessing or using Yield Craft, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the service.

2. Not Financial, Investment, or Brokerage Advice

Yield Craft is not a registered investment advisor, real estate broker, mortgage lender, tax advisor, or certified financial planner, and nothing in the product constitutes financial, investment, brokerage, legal, or tax advice.

All projections, cap rates, cash-on-cash metrics, debt service figures, rent estimates, and appreciation estimates are hypothetical models generated from user assumptions and third-party data. They are not offers, recommendations, solicitations, appraisals, or guarantees of any outcome.

3. "As-Is" Data Disclaimer

All automated data feeds, public records, listing information, rent estimates, insurance figures, and tax numbers are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, whether express or implied.

Users must independently verify all property details, physical conditions, title and ownership records, local municipal zoning, short-term and medium-term rental ordinances, insurance costs, and market rents before relying on any output.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yield Craft and its operators, owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or investment losses, including lost profits, lost rents, or lost opportunity, resulting from use of or inability to use the software.

The maximum aggregate liability of Yield Craft for any and all claims is strictly capped at the total amount actually paid by the user in subscription fees over the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Mandatory Independent Due Diligence

Users agree they are solely responsible for conducting their own professional inspections, appraisals, environmental and structural assessments, insurance quoting, financing qualification, and legal and tax reviews prior to executing any real estate transaction.

Yield Craft is a decision-support tool and never a substitute for licensed professional counsel.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you may cancel at any time from your account billing portal, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute Yield Craft outputs as a competing data product, attempt to circumvent plan limits or access controls, or use the service in violation of applicable law or the terms of any third-party data source.

8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall be resolved exclusively by mandatory binding individual arbitration, conducted on an individual basis. You and Yield Craft each waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
